"Good prices on baby stuff"
I’ve ordered from jollyroom.no a few times now, and like I said, the prices are usually better than a lot of the other shops I looked at. They often have some items on sale too, so it really feels like good value for money. Delivery was fine, nothing to complain about, and the products were pretty much what I expected. Like I said, overall I’m happy with it and would order again.

I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated. There was a small issue to sort out, but the person I spoke with was clear, polite, and actually explained what was going on instead of just sending a generic reply. It wasn’t 100% perfect from the start, but they fixed it without making it stressful, so overall I’m happy with the experience

"Surprisingly good quality, but be warned about delivery"
Just a heads up for other parents thinking of ordering from jollyroom.no, I bought a kids chair and a few small toys, and the quality was better than I expected for the price. The chair feels sturdy, not flimsy or cheap, and the toys were decent too.

We’ve been using everything every day for a few weeks now and it still looks good, so no complaints there. The only thing I’d warn people about is that delivery was a bit slow, so don’t order last minute if you need it quickly. Overall though, I’m happy with it and would probably buy from them again.
